Complete Soluble Fiber

Living Stream Premier Complete Soluble Fiber is a unique herbal combination of soluble and insoluble fiber made available in powder form.  It is excellent for irritable bowel syndrome, gas, and bloating, and may be used for general detoxification and cleansing. This product provides a gentle laxative effect with anti-gas and anti-spasmodic effects. The American Dietetic Association recommends that people consume 20 to 35 grams of fiber per day, of which 5-10 grams should be soluble fiber.

This product provides immune supporting saccharides from both the Konjac Root and Fenugreek Seed Powder along with beneficial fibers.  The CreaFibe QC is derived from the bamboo plant and provides 99% dietary fiber.  This product contains 15% Beta-Glucans which have been shown in studies to have benefits for immune health. Apple Pectin, Rice Solubles and Beet Powder all provide additional fibers for the diet.
